There are many ways to collect this valuable evidence, but they are often time consuming, as is analysing the results and turning this into a meaningful exercise for service providers, staff and clients alike.
SkyBlu Solutions are able to offer a complete package for gathering much needed post-experience satisfaction data, recommendation rates and also undertaking consultation with your service users.
We offer services on either a one off or annual basis and can include:
- Post-experience customer satisfaction surveys and consultations of up to 100 people per survey. We recommend these being people who have been registered with you for at least one quarter.
- Reports and analysis of the results, building into an annual picture of your service users satisfaction and consultation
- Questions are carefully tailored to meet your service's specific needs, support is available for you to help develop these.
- Industry standard recognised methodology for gathering customer satisfaction rates and net promoter (recommendation) rates.
- All data gathered is owned fully by your service and copies of the full data set will be issued along with your report.
